... Definetly not a good idea unless they were intended to be worn while sleeping. Mary is right, this could cause serious eye problems. You don't want that. I'm blind as a bat without mine, but I know where everything is in the house, and never turn on the lights at night anyway. How much do you need to see when you wake up during the night?
