Are you holding your breath?? A lot of women do. I get shaky, dizzy and lose my hearing after I have an orgasm. Especially if Im trying to make it a quicky because everythings happening a lot faster and sooner. Try to not hold your breath as much if it really, it just means you're getting a lack of oxygen. Its not going to hurt you. Try stopping if you start to feel like you're holding your breath too much, or going too fast. I usually only get dizzy if I don't rest for a min if it wont happen and just keep trying.

No, I don't hold my breath. I forget the name for that technique, but I hear it can be fatal. I do notice I do get dizzy when I start thinking or worrying that I'm going to get dizzy and after not resting for a while. So maybe it's all in my head, or from quitting caffeine. I posted in another response that I was a caffeine addict and when I quit cold turkey, I started feeling this way... lack of a heart-rate stimulant... so that's my conclusion for now. :-T What do you mean by losing your hearing? Do you hear a ringing, a clogged sensation, or just overall deafness?
Relieved to know I'm not the only one.
[QUOTE=Solstice1221]Hmnn, I feel very faint after I have intense orgasms, but this has only happened having sex b/c I only get VERY intense orgasms from having sex. It usually happens when:
(a) my blood pressure is low due to my allergies (it's low all the time anyway, but I mean when it's particularly low)

(b) I have anal sex, because it's so intense

(c) I have PMS, therefore low blood pressure

(d) I'm a bit under the weather.

Since caffeine raises your blood pressure, maybe since stopping it your blood pressure went way down. The physical exertion of masturbation could cause you to feel faint/dizzy, but that sure doesn't explain why this has not happened to you dancing/walking up stairs. Maybe you're quickly going from a lying down position to sitting up? What do you mean by you "forget the name of the technique, but have heard it's fatal?" Are you referring to a certain masturbation technique?

I don't think I'm getting up too quickly... I took some advice, where after I orgasm, stay flat on my back, raise my legs and shake them so the blood flows back... I feel ok after the first two to three times but it's after that that things start getting a little dizzy.
Maybe it's the anxiety of feeling like I'm going to get dizzy, which in turn could in fact lower my blood pressure??? Hah, does that make any sense at all? :-T I use a vibrator, so I don't know, maybe that has a totally different effect than dancing or running. The dizziness subsides usually about an hour... but on top of it, I feel worried that something's wrong...

There's some masturbation technique I read about on here, that some people practice where they purposely hold thier breath to acheive a greater orgasm... but apparently it's very dangerous.
