The burning during urination and the blood in the urine sound like a urinary tract infection. This is not an STD and is very common, but you need to see a doctor and get it treated so that it doesn't spread and damage your kidneys.

It's hard to say what the lump on the vaginal wall is without seeing it. It could be a cyst or a swollen gland, or it could be a symptom of an STD.
