... I believe that's known as smegma, and it's a normal thing. Uncircumsized guys can get it under their foreskin as well. Nothing to worry about as far as I know as long as it's not irritating you, but it's good to keep it reasonably clean just so it doesn't build up. I doubt it has anything to do with thrush/yeast. ... Relax what you are seeing is smegma and is totally normal. Girls with large clitoral hoods as well as uncircumcised guys will get smegma buildup on a daily basis. Be sure to gently clean it away daily as it will start to smell bad if you don't and can sometimes cause adhesions in females where the hood sort of attaches to the clit and it can be very painful.
