... Hi ! Mamu, Sleep deprevation is definitely a causative factor for FMS. The best book I've found for explaining FMS in layman's terms is "Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofacial Pain Syndrome--A Survival Manual" by Devin Starlanyl, M.D. and Mary Ellen Copeland, M.S., M.A. These two WOMEN have given me a better understanding of FMS than anyone else. ... Hey Cloie, Did your CPAP have a humidifier with it??? Mine is a Res Med with a separate humidifier and I use a Breeze Dreamseal mask by Puritan Bennett ( Div of Tyco ).
