... sorry to take so long to get back to you. i am starting massage therapy this friday. while it does help with the pain, for me it is too late to reverse the damage. i do not know if an mri will show it. they can focus on any aspect within, so maybe. you would have to ask your doc on that.

My Chiropractor suggested that I should look into it. However according to the definitions I found it sounds like you have the bumps a day or so after exercise. Where as mine are 24/7.
