... I HAVE NOT STARTED Sam-E yet, however I have started taking Prim Rose Oil, B-Complex, Magnesium, and Multi Vitamin. And in only 5 days I went from complete misery to having NO PAIN, lots of energy, and better mental well being. I also stopped all Rx meds on the same day. ... Hi jann71, I am taking Sam-e right now but so far I really haven't notice a difference, maybe a little more energy. I have only been taking it for about a mouth now so maybe it will start working better over time. I got mine at Walgreens, it's a natures made brand and it was on sale for buy one get one free.
