Pool therapy

... started pool therapy so I can try walking there first. I think there is a side of me that is fearful that I will hurt it again. I am trying to trust a foot and ankle that failed me before. I did pick up a compression runners sock that PT wants me to start wearing while in the boot. I am planning to use that tomorrow. ... (5 replies)
