... Yes, it sounds like its broke. I did the same thing 3 times. No need to go to the Dr. all they can do for a broke toe is tape the 2 toes together and let it heal. It will take some time but it will be fine. For swelling you may want to use a ice pack wrapped in a towel. ... (1 replies)

I start Physiotherapy next week and my walking boot I wear for 2 more weeks then my surgeon said I don't have to wear it anymore and I go back to see my surgeon in a month so hopefully I'll be walking better by then. ... can walk a bit....not pretty though. It has been a long recovery. It does get depressing....I only got one pressure sore from the boot near my baby toe....not nearly as bad as yours. I still have some nerve pain especially associated with the heel osteotomy and outer side of my foot....not too bad though... ... (46 replies)
