... I'm almost 3 months post op and had the same thing. Massage and stretching will help you get some feeling back. My foot is better but still not 100% yet. The shooting pains will spread out over time. Foot surgery takes a lot of patience and everyone has their moments when patience is thin--hang in there! (6 replies)
