If you are working with someone that really knows what they are doing, it will cut down on the worrying because you will learn what needs to be done to correct the problem. ... 2yrs ago diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in both feet...I was given orthotics and healed within weeks...a year passes and heel pain comes back in right foot only after plasma/cortisone injections failed over the course of months I had the surgery..endoscopic release... right at the time of surgery I felt my left heel going bad as well surgery was in July of 2012...
