I came back to work after 7 days on the left foot & that was too soon. 10 was much better...but if you can elevate between 'legs' of your flight. ... I'm not sure if your question is for me or kasey10, but I'll answer. I was off of my feet for several days and then started hobbling around keeping surgical sandals on at all times. I was into tennis shoes at week 4 and could've gone back to work then for at least a few hours anyway (though I don't work). The key for me was ice and constant elevation. (3 replies)
