... not let any doctor cut into you or get orthotics for this. If you do good stretching, you should solve the problem. A slant board helped me as well as a tennis ball and other exercises. ... (3 replies)

... For plantar fascit I roll my foot ona golf ball. For me it is the bottom of my foot. But may be different. Some people will roll on frozen water bottle. Myself i like golf ball cause it digs in. But the icing helps too. ... (3 replies)
