... All great tips. The one thing that I found I needed after surgery was to have on hand, stool softeners. Narcotics can play havoc on your system and it may take a few days to realize that constipation may set in. ... (35 replies)
... Sorry no response yet for you. I've had one ankle surgery and six spine surgeries over the past 6 years. My ankle surgery was far more simple than the one you're having, so hopefully someone else who has had more extensive ankle surgeries will chime in also. ... (15 replies)
