... Well, Thanks Sari! Things couldn't be better, and it probably has a lot to do with why I haven't posted on this thread in a little while. Had my 6 month check-up last week, where I had ALL restrictions removed.. I ran for exercise for the first time in 7 years last week, just 2 miles, but no ill effects! ... Hello. I just received DeNovo bone graft surgery on my 1st MTP joint (big toe joint). I had signs of AVN following a bunion surgery in November 2010 and that's why I needed the DeNovo. ... Keep your toe straight and grasp it.. then pull as if you are pulling it directly away from where the joint is.. almost trying to lift the toe straight off the big joint.
