... ery done so I know what you are going thru. Some little tricks that helped me was keeping a partially frozen water bottle under my desk at work when it was back and I'd roll it under the arch. Of course doing the stretches in the am before you get out of bed, always keeping shoes on for support even in the house. ... (6 replies)

... forth for a few minutes, try a arch band around the arch, or even a ace bandage. For pain take some ibuprofen. I found out I had planter faciitis in 1999 and I am still very careful of my feet. It took about 2 yrs to get better but I still have flair ups now an then. Get a good supportive shoe, no high heels. ... (5 replies)
