... I don't think you necessarily need to quit dance. I'm sorry if I sounded that way. I just think that maybe you are trying so hard to dance that you are putting yourself at risk for more injury. I also think that there may be solutions that work right along with dance and that's why I think seeing a orthopedist sooner rather than trying to wait out dance season might be good....
