... As someone who had a joint replacement in the big toe that failed and then has had a fusion, I would go with the fusion. The recovery was hard as I had a bone graft from my hip, but it was worth it in the end. My only limitation is my heel height. I can do almost any activity that I want to. ... (11 replies)
