... I'm walking on it a little with absolutely no pain. The incision on my heel from the bone graft is almost healed and the incision under the foot is well on its way. My big toe and the one beside it are still numb and tingly which apparently will go soonish. Fingers crossed anyway. ... (55 replies)

4 Weeks Post Op

... cuniform anthrodesis and a kidner procedure. Basically they cut my heel bone to create an arch in my foot, inserted a bone graft to hold the arch in place, shaved down my navicular bone because it was protruding outward and cleaned out some torn posterior tibial tendons. ... (20 replies)
