... I was very lucky with my recovery. It was long but went well. I was in a cast NWB for 4 weeks, then in a walking cast for another 4 weeks. Like it has been said, my arms got in good shape. This time I was smart, I started using the crutches at home about 4 weeks prior to surgery. ... (20 replies)
