... so quick update. i played football again on monday and my ankle felt fine the whole way through. i had my insoles in my astroturf trainers and i was so happy that i could play again. the next day however my ankle was really achy and quite stiff? should this be expected or should i ease of playing? ... oh i will defiantly buy some of them. i had my first football training session on wed and over the whole hour of training i was fine until literally the very end where my ankle felt painful. i iced it when i got home and then put tiger balm on it and the next day all good again just a bit achy. honestly the running i think has helped mine because its strengthened my ankle...
