... Is your range of motion 30 degrees? Or are you quoting that as the normal ROM? If your foot does move 30 degrees, I agree, leave it alone. If it is less than 20 degrees, surgery might help. Have you tried orthotics or things like yoga/stretching? That might help. (11 replies)
