... If you go with a cast, try a Cast Cooler. It wraps around the cast and has a PVC that sticks out and holds the vacuum hose. It pulls air through the cast and helps sweaty skin dry, cools you down, calms itching, and can even dry a wet cast. A simple device, but it works. ... (5 replies)
