From what I've learned from others here and on other boards, some docs subscribe to the elevate and ice theory and some, like mine, subscribe to getting up and walking ASAP. ... Thanks, I think I am expecting to much to soon, and pushing it....tonight the foot really has a burning pain, and just can't get it settle no which way I move it... Wore some dress shoes to church today, and WRONG IDEA..:mad: So I know not to do that any time soon , no high heels, just some slide on..
