... l as instability and it really hurts. Just the AFTL injury can hurt badly but the peroneals are their own sort of pain. I honestly don't know what the ligament pain felt like because my peroneals hurt much more and the only time I was certain that something was a ligament was when I ruptured my AFTL during a PT session. ...
