... Thanks for the explanation. The pad I am referring to, I don't know if it exists. What I was trying explain is, when you break your heel bone it is usually the force of the talus bone being driven into the heel bone. Sometimes breaking the talus too. There is a little bit of cartlidge between these bones. ... (689 replies)
