... last night I hit a patch of ice in the lot, and the crutches just went. I automatically reacted and just stomped the injured foot down to brace myself. There are no visible ill effects but a good amount of pain close to the plate at the end of the Fibula, and inside the ankle joint. ... (5 replies)
