... If you were here in the US I'd also suggest finding a foot/ankle certified orthopedist. I don't know if that's something you have available but if you do that is the dr you want to see. They know more about these injuries than a general orthopedist. (4 replies)

I certainly feel like there is probably some soft tissue damage since I still get serious inflammation. If I learn anything that I think might be of use to anyone else, I'll post it in this thread.
