... i am at a loss...i went to have the aircast removed on jan 31st...doc's x ray was broken again...snow storm..i expressed my concerns that i'd been doing the bone stimulator..hyperbaric oxygen..etc etc..to really see if there was any big healing from the last month. the doc went off on me..telling me i broke my ankle.. ... ... Make sure you have a good supply ahead of time of ice packs, frozen peas, or whatever you are going to use to ice your foot. It is also helpful to keep a cooler next to the bed filled with drinks and snacks so you don't have to worry about getting up whenever you are thirsty. ... (10 replies)
