... Wow--you certainly have had your share of foot issues! As for the boot, your foot should never move. If it does, it is too big-go back to the doc and get a smaller one. The heal should be totally immobile, yet your entire foot and ankle should be comfortable. Ask your doc if removing it while sitting is OK before you do it--with a 5th met. fracture following doc's orders... (3 replies)
