Burning pain is nerve pain there are different meds for that, the tingling as well.

... Hmmmm. I'm womdering about seeing an orthopedic foot specialist. The ONLY reason I'm hesitant is that they may not treat you cuz youve already been treated by another dr. But that is what I would try. Ortho have more training than podiatrist. I've had 3 different foot surgeries.
