Ankle Tightness

... rsistent problems with the ligaments result i laxity, not tightness... it can also be tendonitis from the inactivity... I had that as a secondary problem after a Bronstrom procedure last year. I also had an OCD, and the pain from that was generally deeper... more like arthritis. ... (2 replies)

Brostrom Procedure

... I had a bronstrom in March, but it was more for instability that pain... I could no longer do the activities I wanted to because my ankle was always giving out on me. I also had an osteochondral lesion repaired. Recovery wise, my pain was not bad, nothing compared to when I first injured it. ... (11 replies)
