I was awake immediately upon getting out of surgery (don't remember waking up til I was back in my room though)...and I was only there for about an hour before going home. ... It sounds like you need to take things a little slower with activities outside of rehab exercises. Red dots and swelling are your body's way of saying that it's irritated and that you're over doing it. If you push through the pain, it's not going to be good. ... (4 replies)
