... Yes it is possible that the Bromstrom failed. The repaired ligaments are not as strong as liagments before injury. The ligament can stretch out over time or you could have done something to retear ligaments. I had bilateral bromstrom failures. I never had bruising or alot of swelling, just pain and instability.
