Yes, I'm careful & I had a firm grip on the handrail and my crutches under the other arm. But it was so nice not to slide down on my backside. ... Actually, any ligament injury is a sprain. It's a language issue. Some people, including some doctors, use "sprain" to mean minor joint injury. Others use it correctly to mean ligament injury. Folks here who've had Brostrum, typically it takes 6 months to a year to be back to normal. You might not hear too many of those happy stories though, and there's a simple reason... (5 replies)
