If you are lacing up your running shoes it would be right where you make the knot in the shoelace at the top of the shoe. It feels like thick somewhat squishy skin and I can move it over the bone that is on top of the foot. ... (3 replies)

... Yes I did have it. I had it removed about 3 years ago. It was very painful. It was in the middle of the bottom of my foot. I went to 2 different doctors. The first wanted me to do stretching exercise. Didnt work. I moved on to a different doctor. Its been 3 years now and my foot is fine. ... (12 replies)
