... I'd have to guess that they are Morton's neuromas. These neuromas are usually benign and cause no pain, until a trauma happens, or after prolonged irritation (walking a lot and your shoes rub on them). If they are starting to cause you pain, it's time to be seen by a podiatrist (not an ortho). Treatment consists from conservative cae with shoe inserts to surgical removal.... (2 replies)
