... hi matt78861, it sounds almost bunionettes - similar to bunions, but occuring on the fifth metatarsals (pinky toes). does it hurt? if it's painful, or uncomfortable, i'd suggest getting an opinion from a podiatrist. wearing orthotics may help. in my case, my bunions were hereditary - and since i've had then forever (age 26 now) i could only fix the pain with surgery. ...
