... Welcome to the boards, Ecurox! While I don't have any personal experience with deep skin cracks in my feet, I would encourage you to contact your surgeon's nurse to get his/her advice. I do know that deep cracks can become infected if not addressed, and that's the last thing you need right now. That must be difficult trying to recover from your surgery with your little...
