... your foot will be swollen for some time. when you get into tennis shoes, that will help. if you can go for pt that may help, also. ask your dr about a compression sock. that really helped me. just listen to what the dr says and hopefully you will be dancing away! ... (17 replies)

... arming anything. I overemphasized the movement so that the toe really stretched out with each step. I started at 5 minutes, then up to 6, then 8, etc. It hurt and swelled, but each time it hurt and swelled a little less. I truly think this helped with my recovery.
