... that's about right for 3 weeks. I'm at 9 weeks and just at the point of getting back to my long walks. Running would be too much of an impact for a bit. When I went back at 6 weeks for my X-rays my bone was just about healed so you don't want to do anything strenuos on your foot at LEAST until that bone is healed (6 weeks is average for bone healing). He took a swab to have it cultured and gave me Flucloxacillin 500mg to be taken 4 times a day and Metronidazole 400mg to be taken 3 times a day.
