I found that 2-3 pillows long ways (down the leg) staggered from the hip to the heel is the best way to stop anything going numb or sore.... (hope you get what i mean from that) yes the sheets can get really tangled and heavy if you cover up your feet, so best to keep them out or untucked if you can ....

... Thanks Pearl. I will liik at some of those ideas. I am going to see what I have around the house right now. I will also try aimski's idea of leaving the covers untucked. I might even try the pillow under the knees idea tonight. My hip was so sore last night. Ow.
