Dbgoalie, I am no cast whatsoever, just the Velcro shoe. I find it a bit painful on the ball of the foot when I put fall weight or walk on it, perhaps I have the same problem as Debbie. :(

I am now 3 weeks post and still have this to some degree.
The itching is relentless, and YES the little water blisters pop right up.
I cleansed the area with PEROXIDE and used BENADRYL cream.
It itches so much yet the skin directly on the scar is numb and tender at the same time.

I had some PT last summer after my plantar fascial release was completely screwed up.
