... se, I suggest getting a second opinion. X rays will show how much cartilege is left and whether that could be causing your pain. It doesn't matter how well the bunion surgery went if you don't have enough cartilege left. ... (6 replies)

... ng. My toes kind of stuck up at first, too. My Dr had me massage my toes and push them down a lot too help stretch the tendons. Its still kind of soon since your surgery so it is still healing. I had a lot more work done and was nwb for 8 weeks, in a cast for 12 weeks and a boot for 5 weeks, so really cant compare recoveries. ... (3 replies)

... an infection, you must have increased temperature. I hope it is the case as it is curable. The other thing would be nerve damage, it happens as a result of the surgery being done wrong. Search for the symptoms of foot surgery nerve damage. ... (4 replies)
