I didn't have actual physical therapy; besides walking, the only thing my doctor had me do was frequently bend my big toe back and forth, and no, it didn't hurt. I was very chicken at first, but the doctor told me it was really important for flexibility in the future, so I sucked it up and did it. :) (16 replies)
