... Hi, I have stairs and went up and down on my butt until I was free to walk on my foot. So I guess I would say I started walking up and down at about 4 to 5 weeks after recovery. ... I agree. 11 days is pretty quick to be back at work and expecting to feel really good. I think when I had my bunion surgery, at 11 days I could be up for a little while (like to get my kids off to school) and then had to ice my foot for an hour to ease the pain.
