... it was definitely easier. The pain right after surgery was similar with swelling and all, but it was a much faster recovery. My doctor used removeable pins, but some may use screws. ... ur plantar facia, the ligament under your foot is tight, and it would not surprise me if it is, all you need to do is stretch that and you will see GREAT relief. Bunion and hammer toes are also due to tight muscles and ligaments in the feet as well as the legs and hip. yoga is EXCELLENT for strength. ... (3 replies)

... Yes, get custom orthotics. Also buy wider toe shoes. Pointed or too narrow toe shoes cramp your toes and cause bunions. You can also try big toe separators but I don't think they help. ... (3 replies)
... ing i did this for like 8 weeks its were you have like a cloth type thing that you rap around your foot and big toe, well if your toes are like mine and the big toe crosses the other one. and you are trying to pull the big toe out. so you could try thast you change it twice a day, and i guess it helped a bit. ...
