... Toe spacers can be found in the foot section of any drug store, try Walgreens or Rite-Aid. Get the silicone kind, the foam kind don't work, they slip around. It feels really awkward at first, but you get used to it. Good luck. (7 replies)

... Getting your bunions fixed is a good idea. I too shop at Footsmart and I've been using different orthotics, spacers, splints etc. for 10 years. I was lucky and I only needed 3 pins to fix my big toe. My second toes were crowded but they didn't need pins. I guess what I am saying is that bunions only get worse.
