To answer your question about partial weight bearing when you've had two feet done...using the walker takes weight off both feet. Each foot is sandwiched between a wedge of plaster on the top of the foot and the same on the bottom. Then each foot is wrapped in cotton... (11 replies)

... Yeah, apparently the bandages were wrapped way too tight. It feels better now, with the re-wrap done, but it's still really sore...hurts more on the non-surgery side than the broken side! "Someone" was supposed to tell us that we could unwrap the Ace bandage if there was a problem...but no one ever said that, they only said we could check the boot and loosen it if it looked... ... The pain today isn't as bad as yesterday. Its a little bit easier for me to get off the couch and the walking dosen't hurt as bad, not taking as much pain med either. Not sure if my feet are very bruised or red, i'm really tempted to removed the bandages but i'm resisting.
