... Other than asking your surgeon, what did you want to do that concerns you? Other than calf raises and lunges, I can't think of any standard gym stuff that you might need to watch out for. I'm talking free weights and machine work outs. Now, Zumba, yoga, aerobics classes, etc may be a problem but you should ask for specifics. (6 replies)
